The Twin Doors

There once was a man named Alrik. He was a depressed man. He walked forward on the line that he had followed since he was a small boy. He kept walking, knowing that if got off track he would get lost and then there would be no line at all, so he walked. At the age of 7, it was more of a sprint until he got tired and then crawled. As a young adult, he trudged on the line. Alrik was never a happy guy. The reason was, he was insanely bored and no threat ever came towards him. If he got lost he would simply keep going. His sore arms and legs, tired from all the trudging. He simply wanted to go home, but there was know way. At t
